Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.  The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate.  CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information, and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 75 years. IREM promotes ethical real estate practices through its credentialed membership programs including Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM.)

International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Serving the shopping center industry since 1957, ICSC has over 65,000 members in over 80 countries worldwide. Members develop their businesses through education, research, information, deal making and action on legislation and regulation.

Department of Local and Small Business Development (DCBIA)

The Department of Small and Local Business Development  offers a variety of programs and resources across a wide spectrum to provide local businesses the assistance they need to succeed.  The business certification program in the District of Columbia registers a company into a DC agency database and labels it as a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE). Capital Retail Group is a certified small and local business.
